Using state-of-the-art CNC mandrel auto-feed machines, the frames are processed to ensure a consistently precise fit. Notably, both the hinge pins and latch plate are bolt-on, enabling a horizontal adjustment feature for precise alignment with the vehicle striker.
Further improvements include enhanced door webbing, now featuring Velcro loops to securely fasten the ends and prevent flapping. Additionally, the arm pads are encapsulated in durable nylon material, significantly extending their lifespan. The doors are outfitted with durable Cordura nylon panels for added comfort and longevity.
