The SwayLOC Remote Latch Conversion kit allows you to upgrade your manual SwayLOC to a fully remote-controlled version. This conversion offers the convenience of switching between on-road and off-road modes without leaving the driver's seat, using an air-powered system.
Key Features:
- Complete Conversion Kit: Includes all necessary components—air cylinder, mounting hardware, and plumbing and wiring materials—for an easy installation on any generation of SwayLOC.
- Air Supply Integration: The kit comes with a 1/4 inch NPT fitting to connect to your air supply system, along with 15 feet of 1/4 inch nylon air line.
- Air Pressure Control: Utilizes air pressure to disconnect the latch for off-road mode. Removing pressure allows the spring to return the latch to the on-road position.
- Constant Pressure for Operation: Once pressurized, the system will remain in off-road mode until pressure is released by turning off the switch.
Air Supply Requirements:
- Minimum air pressure: 50 PSI
- Maximum air pressure: 125 PSI
- Low volume requirement: A small compressor, such as an ARB compressor, can easily operate this system.
