The SwayLOC Rear Sway Bar is the ultimate dual-rate sway bar system, offering enhanced control for both on-road and off-road driving. Whether you're tackling rugged trails or cruising on highways, the SwayLOC rear sway bar significantly improves vehicle stability while providing full articulation in off-road conditions.

  • Dual-Rate Control: Achieve optimal sway bar control for different terrains with two concentric torsion bars, providing greater control during off-road use and improved roll control on-road.
  • Firm Ride Quality: Provides a firmer ride than the stock sway bar, both on and off-road, ensuring more stability and handling precision.
  • Simple Latching Mechanism: The proven cam latch design allows you to switch between off-road and on-road settings effortlessly, without needing level ground or disconnecting sway bar links.
  • Manual or Remote Operation: Choose between a traditional manual lever option or a pneumatic remote-controlled system for easy in-cab operation. The remote option requires an air supply with at least 50 PSI to disengage the latch.
  • Custom Brackets: Includes brackets that bolt to the Gladiator frame rail (drilling required) and to the lower shock mount, placing the torsion bar above the frame while linking to the lower shock mounting area.
  • OEM Compatibility: Works with stock Gladiator beds and custom setups. The lower brackets encompass the stock axle shock mount for a secure linkage attachment, ensuring durability even with up to 10-12” of travel.

Notes:

  • The remote controlled option requires a minimum air supply of 50 PSI to release the latch & ensuring reliable operation. No air pressure is needed to engage or maintain the latch during on-road use, providing efficiency and dependability.

Maintenance:

  • The SwayLOC sway bar should be greased at the zerk fittings at least twice a year as well as after any high-water excursion as the grease may have been compromised.

Installation Notes:

  • Some aftermarket components may require modifications for proper installation.
  • The lower bracket attaches to the stock shock bracket, and the linkage mounts rigidly for optimal performance.
  • Compatible with vehicles that have up to 10-12" of travel; modifications may be required for applications with more travel.
